PAYMENT

DELIVERY

Delivery of digital goods is carried out according to the details specified in the order. Information about the order status and its fulfillment can be found in the customer's personal account.

RETURN

In the event that the service was not provided in full or was provided at an unsatisfactory quality (the balance of the personal account was not replenished or the amount of replenishment differs from the calculated amount at the time of payment), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting support@lineage-game.net and receive a full refund or an equivalent service. The review period for claims and refunds is 15 business days.
